Companies today need to find fresh and innovative ways to both expand and stay competitive. No longer can a business depend solely on its reputation to bring in new customers. Businesses both big and small are turning to communication as a way to grow. Using cutting edge technology has allowed many companies to deliver their product more quickly and reliably, as well as give their staff a competitive advantage. There are a number of different technologies a business can choose from, some of which include:
-Video Conferencing.
Video conferencing is becoming a popular alternative to using a telephone. Instead of placing a call over the telephone network, video conferencing equipment uses the Internet to transmit voice and data. A videoconference works like a traditional phone call, but uses a video telephone. A video telephone has a microphone and speaker, but also has a camera, enabling face-to-face communication. There are two types of videoconferencing: point to point, which involves two people, and multi-point conferencing, which has three or more people and forms a virtual meeting room. Video conferencing equipment was relatively expensive until the mid 90's, and is predicted to become one of the fastest growing computer industries in the workplace. Videoconferencing allows for people to have more personal conversations, which is essential to many business transactions.
-Conference room projectors.
Although a company may have a revolutionary idea, it will be impossible for them to sell their product if they do not have a way to present it to their customers. One of the best ways to get people interested in a project or new idea is to show them exactly what the project entails. Gathering potential clients and investors is a great way to introduce a product, and using a projector will allow companies to display their vision. When choosing a projector, it is important to pick one that offers the most vibrant picture possible. A quality projector will have good contrast, a wide range of brightness settings, and enough options to give the user sufficient control of everything on the projector. Even though it is a relatively new market, projectors are already becoming more portable. Several smartphone manufacturers now include small projectors in their phones. This is a great option for businesspeople on the road that may need to give an impromptu presentation.
-Streaming video
Streaming video is a new technology that is beginning to gain prominence in the business world. By offering clients a live video stream, companies will be able to spread up-to-the-minute information about new product launches, production of certain items, or other breaking news. By using streaming video, companies do not have to rely solely on news stations to offer coverage of a new product launch. Streaming videos over a website offers users a major advantage when it comes to watching videos online. People no longer need to wait to download a video, as they can instantly watch it within a few seconds of clicking a link.
Communication technology is changing the way that a business functions. Companies now have more technology at their fingertips because of the decrease in price of many pieces of equipment. This has allowed for companies both big and small to stay competitive in a global market.

Different Approaches You Can Use For Perfect Computer Repair and Recycling
These days technological changes are moving at a very high pace. This means that new gadgets are introduced every other day replacing the older gadgets. This is why computers, cell phones and other gadgets are finding their way in to landfills. Remember, these gadgets contain hazardous materials such as cadmium, mercury and lead. One of the best ways to counter such pollution is computer repair and recycling.
One thing you will realize, constant computer repair might be expensive might be expensive compared to ditching the old computer and buying a new one. You will also realize that in most cities in Canada, there are very few shops which will be wiling to take in your old computer, dismantle it and place the parts in special storage containers for recycle or removal. Where these services are available, you are most likely to be charged a fee for the disposal. This means you might be stuck with your unwanted computer for longer.
However there are various steps you can take to ensure the recycle process is much simpler. First, if you computer is still operational, you can try to donate it to organizations such as schools, churches, charities and other organizations that accept donations. Even when the computer is broken, you can donate the peripherals such as the keyboard and mouse or removable parts such as hard drives.
You can also repair or upgrade your old computer to make is more usable. Remember, it is not common for all the units in the computer not to be functional. This means that when the ones that are not functional are repaired you can continue using it or donate it more easily.
Leasing the computer instead of buying one is also a better choice as it increases the chances of recycle. This is because once you are through using the computer or when you need an upgrade, you can just return to the lease company where it will be refurbished for extended use.
Apart from taking these steps you can also use a recycling company to handle the recycling process for you. This trend has actually become popular with many consumers leading to the emergence of many recycling companies.
Choosing the computer repair and recycle company to use should not be done blindly. There are various reasons for these. However, the two major reasons are the legitimacy and ethics of the company you choose. The main reason why recycling is encouraged is to reduce environmental pollution. However, some of the companies may not actually recycle the devices but will actually dump them off in developing companies. This simply a transfer of the pollution problem.
Most of the times the computers being recycled are not working which means that the users might have left private information on the hard drives. This is why one needs to choose a legitimate company which will not extract the private information for wrongful purposes. One of the best ways to establish the legitimacy of the computer repair and recycling company is to check their record keeping procedures. A good company should keep all the records of computers recycled and where each stage of the recycle was performed.

Web Design, Web Designer
Some websites try to hide the price list for their products. In web design some of these sites only display the price of the item after you hit the "Buy" or "Order" button, or worse, only after you have created an account on their site. in web design you should always have a price list, but bury the link to the price list somewhere deep in their site in a place not easily accessible from the main page or the products page. Web design is an art. You really have to know what your doing when developing your site so why not hire an expert like Lighthouse Design Solutions. When thinking of web design, you should always keep SEO(Search Engine Optimization) in mind. A good web design will include both CSS (Cascade Style Sheets) and SEO heavy keywords and descriptions.
I'm not exactly sure what the reason behind this is. Possibly, they think that if the customer does not see the price until they click the "Buy" or "Order" button, they will be more likely to buy the item. This reasoning is fallacious.
There are many types of visitors arriving at your site. Let's take the case of the window shopper. If they see something noteworthy on your site, they may make a note of the price so that they can return later if they want the item at some point in the future. If the price of the item cannot be easily found on your site, do you seriously think that they will thoroughly search the site just to find that elusive price tag? Or do you suppose that such a visitor will click the "Buy" button, just so that they can find the price tag at the end of the process somewhere? Or will they go through the bother of creating an account, revealing their personal particulars, just to find the price of an item?
Like the serious shopper, if they cannot find the price, they will simply go to another site. Remember: this is not a brick and mortar store we're talking about, where you need to take time and put in effort to travel to another store. On the Internet, your competitor is only a click away. And the search engines are more than happy to yield thousands of other sites selling the same type of goods or services as you. I realize that there are some brick and mortar stores (usually small concerns) who think that if they don't put a price tag, the customer has to find out the price from a sales person, who will then have the opportunity to persuade him/her to buy that item. Whether or not that is a good idea for a brick and mortar store (and I can think offhand of some types of customers that you will lose even there), it is a bad idea for a web store.
No matter how you look at it, every customer and potential customer will need to know the price of a product. Even the corporate customer buying for his/her company works to a budget. Making it difficult for your visitor to find the price list is a quick way to drive a potential customer away. As has been observed by many usability experts - the average Internet user has the attention span of a flea. If they can't find what they want within the first few seconds of glancing at your page, they will leave. And your competitors will be more than happy to attend to them in your place.
Provide Descriptions and Pictures for Your Products
I realize that the new web designer is beset with contradictory advice about how best to design their site. One set of such conflicting advice is the requirement to be brief and to-the-point so that you can catch that Internet visitor who will only give your web page a few seconds glance before deciding whether to stay or go elsewhere. Contradicting that is the requirement that you describe your products in depth and place pictures of your product, or screen shots if yours is a software product.

The Important Power of Prayer
Prayer should be our spiritual breath. We couldn’t survive without breathing and we shouldn’t try to face each day without prayer. The importance of prayer is often understated, mostly only something we do when we are in trouble and don’t know what else to do. Prayer is often limited to such situations as when we or one of our loved ones are sick or when we are fearful for ourselves or a loved one. We shouldn’t face any challenge in our life without prayer. Sometimes, if we had been faithful in bringing everything to the Lord in prayer, we wouldn’t find ourselves in some of the fixes we find ourselves in when we don’t seek God’s leadership.
Prayer is quite simply put talking to our Heavenly Father. Often times we only use prayer to ask for things to go our way instead of seeking God’s will. Prayer can be praising God daily for his wonderful love and understanding. It can be thankful; thanking him for each moment of our lives from the time we wake up in the morning until we go to sleep in the evening, grateful he keeps us safe through the night. Prayer can be rejoicing; rejoicing in all the wonderful blessings in our lives from our family to our daily jobs and even our daily trials. Prayer can be a time of seeking; seeking guidance in the decisions we make in our daily lives for ourselves and our family, friends, and church home. Prayer can be a time grieving as we bring our sorrows to the Lord seeking His spiritual comfort.
Prayer is something every church needs to practice strongly and faithfully, it is important for the growth of the ministry and our community’s Christian methods. Often people don’t know what to say when they pray. To be honest, the words do not matter, as our Heavenly Father already knows what is in our hearts. We need to bring everything to the Lord in prayer, and we need to trust our Father to guide us. The scripture tells us in 1 John 5:14-15 “14This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 15And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him,” New International Version. We need to believe in the power of prayer and use prayer as an important daily part of our lives.
Praying constantly and with a pure heart, having brought all our sins to the lord for forgiveness is the proper way to apply prayer to our daily Christian lives. Our Heavenly Father loves us and will care for us. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life,” John 3:16 New King James Version. God will take care of all of our needs; we only have to ask while seeking his will. How can we live without breathing and how can we cope without prayer? The answer is – We can’t!

Desist from Procrastinating
Cease and Desist from Procrastinating
Putting off something that has to be done happens most every day. In fact, it is sometimes advised as part of management strategies. These occasions occur when there is a conflict in priorities or when emergencies suddenly arise. People at times confuse this with procrastination. There is a wide diversity between the two cases. Procrastination happens when people set aside things out of habitual laziness or simply delay needlessly. This may result in being counterproductive.
The adage “Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today†comes to mind. However, some people quickly retort with another adage, “haste makes wasteâ€. The key concern is the postponement of actions needlessly or without any productive intention in mind. Here are some suggestions to stop procrastinating.
Is TV Time Productive Time?
Examine the reasons for putting the work aside. Were the reasons justifiable and did it serve a purpose? People may say watching a live game on television has priority over other chores. This may be true in some instances such as if you are enjoined to give a running commentary on the progress of the game. Others may say that it's their only time to relax. There are valid and invalid reasons and you are the sole judge of your own actions. Assess your reasons objectively. Speculate on the number of hours spent watching television and determine whether those were productive hours. Consider the impact not only on yourself but to your family and other people.
Bitten More than You can Chew?
Set reasonable goals on the tasks at hand. You may have bitten more than you can chew. Break the chores down to manageable tasks. Provide a buffer for contingencies but try not to rationalize and eat into the buffer unnecessarily. The buffer is meant to cover unexpected happenings and not as a cushion for your procrastinations. Inform the people of your schedules and anticipated scope of completion within those deadlines.
Don't be Idle.
If you need to watch television, don't be idle. Use the time to plan how you can accomplish the work more efficiently. It's possible you could cut down the time for those chores if you think on how you can complete the work. Cut your television time. People tend to fall asleep while watching television and this adds to more wasted time.
Break the Stress.
At the end of the day, there is nothing else to do but start the job. It may not be to your liking but it needs to be done. Take short breaks to break the stress. Give yourself small rewards along the way. Avoid distractions. There's always a convenient excuse to detract you from doing undesirable jobs. Impose self-discipline. You have to progress from your lethargic state and there is no time like the present to start.
Reward Yourself.
Don't expect to complete the job perfectly. After all, you didn't feel like doing it in the first place. Don't use that as a loophole for turning out sub-par jobs in the future. Give yourself an extra reward for finishing the job. Don't rest on your laurels. Look forward to the next job and aim for excellence. You'll be in the groove in no time.

The Power Of Thoughts
Over the centuries people have always sought for inspiration wisdom and guidance.
Religions where born, prophets were respected and all sort of Wiseman flourished in any civilization. Wisdom was a treasure and it brought comfort to millions of souls all over the world.
Many inspirational quotes made their way into to the canons of History. Anyone remembers: “To be or not to be” By Shakespeare, or the also famous “Carpe Diem” by the roman poet Horace. Besides these examples in our personal life we all have one or two favorite sentences memorized that reflect our personality and a particular philosophy towards life.
Still in this new world always changing, is there any room for reflection? Can words bring comfort and move our souls? Shouldn’t we just live the moment and forget anything else buried in the past?
We can try, but in reality the transforming and adapting way of the human mind will need to call for some council and for some inspiration that only words can give. The world may be digital, but our eyes will always open the window to our souls. A single sentence can enter as fast as an image and so very deeply that it will never be ignored.
Reflecting on the past and drinking knowledge from it is a way to bring light to the future. Many of today’s chronicles reflecting the present are another way to enlighten the future and they can bring some insight to one’s life.
The greater question is choice, as always. In life that’s the engine of being conscious and aware. So many people proclaim themselves as truth bringers and promise you everything. This is personal, no one can answer for you or choose your path, I say be bias.
Choose love not hate, choose passion not loneliness, and choose to be a positive person not a negative one. Do, be, give, make something extraordinary out of your life.
Bad thoughts give way to bad actions; never accept hate and ignorance; drink as much knowledge as you can. Read a thousand poems and take a glance at a million books, become a free thinker and inspire others to be themselves and no one else.

What Is Love And How To Invoke The Love Of God?
Many people are happy with the performance of rites and perception on the name and symbol beloved of God, believing that the love of God through a variety of faith. Blessed are those who are saturated with much genuine love for God, which is one for all and continue to sing the spiritual consciousness in it.
To have a passionate desire, longing, and feelings of all that is useful, care or are objects of pleasure is called love. But this is not true love. It is conditional love. This love continues to change with the change of state. This love is our need and do not contribute to invoke the true love of God. To call the true love of God, you must exceed all your requirements to think consciously in deep meditation.
Love does not mean that any sexual relationship as it is based on the condition of the enjoyment, caring and attractive. An intense feeling of affection towards everything without any conditions is love. A strong positive emotion invokes the true unconditional love. Love for any name or symbol of God who calls to silence the mind and inner realization in pure consciousness is true love. These feelings of love for silence transcend all circumstances and are necessary to experience the love of God in pure consciousness.
A person is raised in the emotions of love with the true name of God without form, while consciousness is raised in love and is ready to sacrifice anything seen in any way of faith. Your faith may be in Allah, God, Ram or any other name to come to the emotions. Love oneness of God, the name or logo is not important. How much dedication and emotion to express love is important. In this way, all names mentioned in any way the belief in a language met the same silence in mind and inner realization of pure consciousness. It still relies on the emotions in the song of silence. This is true of meditation and love for God.
True Love refers pulse gently into the physical body, breathing deep into the lungs, and is ready to sacrifice everything to be loved. For example, the love of a mother for her child is ready to sacrifice anything and without any condition. Many mothers will sacrifice anything for their children unconditionally. These feelings of love for the mother are necessary for this experience of true love to God or anything given its image.
Whoever becomes saturated with much genuine love for God, which is one for all, experience is probably the song of spiritual awareness. Whoever becomes saturated in silence sings of pure consciousness is usually not afraid of anything in life. It is not in the habit of demanding than to meet its current capacity. It is still in the atmosphere of joy in all situations. He does not hate or attachment to someone or something in his memory and thought.
Passion for the love of God invokes the usual patience, kindness and gratitude. True love of God does not envy, it does not boast, it is free of arrogance. It is not selfish. If such a character of pure consciousness is not reached, no experience of love to God has reached. Love to God experience is mere perception. His love for the true name of God without form is a thought in his subconscious.

Turning Around
Most of us spend our lives seeking and struggling to find that which will bring meaning and wholeness to our lives. Searching on the highways and byways, most of that which we find, soon loses value. Perhaps it is because we search in the wrong way and for the wrong reason.
Then the time comes to Turn Around, take a new look, return to that which will never fail to provide joy, understanding and fulfillment. But, before we can return, we must know where it is we are returning to, and where we are right now. In Judaism , the Jewish New Year, and particularly the month of Elul, the month leading up to the New Year, is the time for turning around. The process is called Teschuvah. Wherever we are in our lives, we must stop our usual behavior, take stock, reconsider. We must turn to that which is greater and wiser. It is our job to find it.
The place to return to is called HaMakom, another name for Gd. It is the place in which we can rest, be renewed, find our deepest Center and become whole. This is a very crucial time. During this month, it is said that God and true wisdom are closer to us than usual, more energy is available to make changes, each deed of worth we do has extra power to affect lasting changes. This time of return is also a time of testing. We are shown ourselves more clearly, must face the truth, so we know what it is that must be transformed during this precious time. Teschuvah also means repentance, purifying ourselves. The process of repentance is a Jewish koan, a question we struggle with that does not have a set answer, but that we must face on our own. How do we make repentance real in our lives? It's one thing to beat our chest and beg for forgiveness, it's another to truly wash our hearts and minds and come to life with clean hands.
To begin to explore the true nature of repentance it is useful to see that the word for "sin" in Judaism means error, or to miss the mark. Whatever errors we have made can be corrected. In fact, they are natural, inevitable in human life. When we turn around, look at ourselves simply, in quietness, , we stop grabbing at the outside world and blaming others for our pain. Instead we see what it is within that needs correction and instruction.
One of the best ways to heal errors is to ask for forgiveness. All during the month of Elul an important instruction is to call anyone we know who we might have offended in the past year and ask to be forgiven. Many do not know what exactly they must be forgiven for or how their behavior has affected another. It is necessary to look and see. It is a great gift to give to another to ask for forgiveness, and of course, a great gift to yourself.
A great aid is to sit simply, quietly with oneself, turn the attention and focus around and instead of asking for something for ourselves, look and see what we have truly given to others, how have we used our lives to uplift and enhance all that we meet. Only then are we able to recognize the pain our actions, or lack of actions, may have caused - and how this pain can be healed.
It has been said that all loneliness and sorrow ultimately come from separation from God, each other and ourselves. The process of teschuvah, repentance and return is a process of letting go of separation of finding our wholeness and unity once again. As we do this, we discover our oneness has never been lost, only covered over with misunderstanding and confusion, covered by the walls we have created and that we can now take down.
The Torah asks, where is God? The answer comes; God is wherever you let him or her in. As we turn around, we find ways to let God and one another in, in a brand new way.

CELL PHONE VS BIBLE
I WONDER WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF WE TREATED OUR BIBLE LIKE WE TREAT OUR CELL PHONES
WHAT IF WE CARRIED IT AROUND IN OUR PURSES OR POCKETS?
WHAT IF WE TURNED BACK TO GO GET IT IF WE FORGOT IT?
WHAT IF WE FLIPPED THROUGH IT SEVERAL TIMES A DAY?
WHAT IF WE USED IT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES FROM THE TEXT?
WHAT IF WE TREATED IT LIKE WE COULDN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT?
WHAT IF WE GAVE IT TO KIDS AS GIFTS?
WHAT IF WE USED IT AS WE TRAVELED?
WHAT IF WE USED IT IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?
THIS IS SOMETHING TO MAKE YOU

A POWERFUL PRAYER!!!
NAME IT and CLAIM IT, BELIEVE IT and RECEIVE IT!!!
It's a POWERFUL PRAYER! When you are DOWN to nothing ... God is UP to
something'
Father, in the Name of Jesus, bless me even while I'm reading this prayer and
bless the one that sent this to me in a special way. Open doors in our lives
today, Save and set us free!
Give us a double portion of your Spirit as we take back everything that the
devil has stolen:
****Emotional Health
****Physical Health
****Finances
****Relationships
****Children
**** Jobs
****Homes
****Marriages
I cancel every plot, plan and scheme the enemy has devised against us in
the NAME OF JESUS.
And I declare:
NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST US WILL PROSPER.
I speak LIFEinto every dead situation. And, I thank You that nothing is over
until YOU say it's over! Speak prophetically into our lives and to our
situations:
****our households are blessed;
**** our health is blessed;
**** our marriages are blessed;
**** our finances are blessed;
**** our relationships are blessed;
**** our businesses are blessed;
**** our jobs are blessed;
**** our children are blessed;
**** our grandchildren are blessed;
**** our parents are blessed;
**** our siblings are blessed;
**** our ministries are blessed;
**** our decisions are blessed;
**** our friends are blessed.
**** Mortgages are paid and debts cancelled; our hearts' desires are on the
way;
According to YOUR perfect will and plan for our lives.
YOU SAID YOU'D NEVER FORSAKE US! IN JESUS' NAME!
AMEN!
Say this prayer, and then send it to EVERYBODY YOU KNOW.
Within hours countless people will have prayed for you, and you will have caused
a multitude of people to pray to God for each other 'Safety is not the absence
of danger, but is the presence of God'
A kid asked Jesus... How much do YOU love me? Jesus replied, 'I love you this
much.' and He stretched His arms to the cross and died for us.
If you believe in God, you will send this to everyone on your list. I like you
because of who you are to me. I treat you as a true friend. But if I don't get
this back, I get the hint, you don't have time..
Send this to all the people in your list within 30 mins. and something good will
happen to you NOW.
This is not a fake...apparently...copy and paste this to 15 people in the next
10 min.. And you will have one of the best days of your life tomorrow!!!
... I AM BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVOURED!!!
